Development Services for Coaches - Supervision

Supervision offers a space for you to focus on your thinking and explore challenges in your client work, coaching practice or your self-development as a coach. It is a collaborative learning practice to continually build your capacity as a coach through reflective dialogue to benefit your clients and the overall system.

We’ll work together to develop your capacity as a coach by offering a richer and broader opportunity for support and development to help you be the best coach you can be. During our supervision sessions, I will create a safe environment for you to share your successes and challenges to become masterful in how you work with your clients.

The Process

During a free telephone consultation, I’ll share my supervision model and its underpinning principles to discuss a supervision programme which will meet your professional development needs and timescales.

Sessions of 1 hour are via Zoom (or your preferred virtual platform), and at the end of our agreed time, you will have formulated a plan of action to achieve your successful outcome as a coach.

My aim for supervision is to offer you a place of learning, empathy and sharing without judgement to co-create solutions for your coaching practice.

  • Be a trusted coach who clients will invest in

  • Help you build confidence as a coach in how to run a business practice, deal with ethical dilemmas and client challenges

  • Become more client-focused

  • Maintain the ethical and professional standards of a coach

  • Enhance your coaching skills

  • Understand and be able to put into practice advanced coaching models, theories and best practice learning and development approaches

"Kate's style and approach was wonderful. The creative techniques that she used to explore more about concerns and feelings left me with key insights on how I can overcome them"
