Team coaching includes all team members and aims to improve relationships and accelerate the team’s development for the value of its current and future stakeholders and systems. The learning intervention expands the team’s horizons and perspectives, starting with a team diagnostic to review your team’s strengths and development areas.
Systemic team coaching involves me working with you (the team leader), team members and the team’s stakeholders through the systemic lens of the work to drive change through new connections and connected conversations. Together we will create value for the team and its stakeholders by working with the team’s untapped, undiscovered resources to work towards creating a higher value team.
The work starts with a scoping meeting with you to understand the team's context, strengths, and challenges.
From your brief, we’ll agree on the scope of work and contract the project before opening the process to the team members and stakeholders, starting with a 360 diagnostic and interview process. This process enables voices inside and outside the team to contribute. It also allows us to consider the value of the team to stakeholders now and in the future.
We then meet with the team to share the data from the output of all these stages. Finally, we co-create a development plan for half-day virtual workshops and coaching interventions that create the desired behaviour changes you collectively seek.
You and I will work together virtually through a series of meetings at each project stage. Ideally, all your team would experience the team coaching workshops together. In addition, I will work with another team coach to co-deliver the project to ensure we listen systemically to all the team members and cover the stakeholders you wish to connect to.
We can agree at the scoping stage on how best to work with two coaches alongside the levels of 1-1 coaching that partners with the team interventions for yourself and the team members.

Who am I?
I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. I have completed a Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Qualification and work with team leaders and teams using my own team high-performance model and tools to create a shift in team dynamics and performance. In addition, I have a strong network of co-coaches to support client briefs and teams of various sizes and can also address virtual teams situated globally and locally.
I have a background at corporate multinational Unilever PLC, where I was one of the first coaches to deliver Unilever’s award-winning ‘Purpose in Leadership’ programme, credited with supporting the company's drive to Net Zero.
