My Coach Mentoring offer is designed to support new qualified coaches to support their ICF (International Coach Federation) application for which the requirements are:
ICF requirements at first level: Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
•60 Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (as provided by AoEC Practitioner Diploma)
•100 hours coaching provision (minimum 75 paid, at least 8 clients, since starting Practitioner Diploma)
•10 hours Mentor Coaching (over minimum of 3 months, at least 3 hours 1:1, remainder can be group-based)
•Coach Knowledge Assessment (155 questions completed on line after submission of application to ICF)
•Performance Evaluation (audio-recording and written transcript of coaching session)
•Renewal after 3 years (additional 10 hours Mentor Coaching and 40 hours Continuing Coach Education inc Supervision)
Mentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. It must be provided by ICF credentialed coaches at the right level. No guarantee offered on securing accreditation.
Fees for ACC Application and Virtual Mentoring Offer
•ICF submission of application ($300 for ICF members or $500 for non-members ) ICF fees as of June 2020
•Optional ICF membership ($245 annually)
My offer to support this application is therefore:
•Individual Mentor Coaching (£150 +VAT) remote by Zoom per 1 hour session or 4 Session price of £500 +VAT) Written feedback on 30 minute recordings provided.
•Group-based Mentor Coaching can be arranged (£100 +VAT per person for 2 hour session for up 4-6 people) via Zoom. Competencies development at group level. This will involve participants to assess their competencies prior to the session and voice their needs to find collect themes for the group. Competency focused exercises and coaching practice will take place with feedback from Kate and the group.
