Passionate About Helping You in Your Spotlight
"I am Kate Freedman. I help people make empowered life and professional choices, as a trained accredited executive coach and careers guidance counsellor. I have also worked part time for nearly 15 years and understand how exploring your purpose can shape and direct your life and career goals. I have a track record of applying the theory!"
Kate has 20+ years’ commercial experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, in Retailing and Manufacturing roles. In her final role at Unilever Plc, Kate was the expert in Sales Capability skills applicable to the local market. In addition to her commercial role she was Unilever UK’s internal executive and careers coach. She is also an experienced and accomplished facilitator and trainer.
With Unilever, Kate worked on many global programmes but her personal highlight was to deliver a Purpose in Leadership programme as a co-coach. Since its launch, she has personally supported hundreds of individuals as they applied their Purpose statements to their personal development plans and career decisions.
Kate is also a Discovery Insights practitioner and supports personal awareness profiling and team effectiveness sessions using psychometric tools. Kate is also an accredited Korn Ferry Leadership 360 coach should the client wish to explore Leadership traits through feedback.
Kate's love of learning has lead to her undertaking a Team Coaching qualification and a diploma in Coach Supervision. She also offers group and 1-1 Mentor coaching for newly qualified coaches.
