Kate has completed her Supervision training in 2020 and has received a Supervision Diploma to acknowledge her work in both individual and group supervision of coaches.
Kate has been working with Supervision clients ranging from new qualified coaches to her peers at advanced coaching levels.
Group sessions run quarterly over Zoom with 4-6 participants and 1-1's have been scheduled both over Zoom and face to face.
Kate uses her Supervision model and share's this and her under-pining principles with her clients in a chemistry call before contracting coaches to the Supervision session that will meet their professional development needs and timescales.
The Supervision offered by Kate Freedman aims to be a place of learning, empathy and sharing without judgement to co-create solutions for your coaching practice. Support is offered for the coaches business practice, coaching model, ethic dilemmas and client challenges through direct experience offered by Kate or through the group and via the sharing of advanced coaching models, theories and best practice learning and development approaches.
The ICF recommend a commitment to Supervision as part of your Ethical Code (Frequency suggested by the AoEC 1hr for every 20 hours coaching)
Supervision is viable for ACC Renewal after 3 years as 10 hours of CPD CCE ( renewal requirements are an additional 10 hours Mentor Coaching and 40 hours Continuing Coach Education please check requirements)
Supervision Hours are required for AC (Association of Coaching) and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Applications for Accreditation. At time of press this is 4 hours per annum for AC and 3-6 hours for the EMCC depending on level of application

•Individual Supervision Session (£150 +VAT) remote by Zoom per 1 hour session or 4 Session price of £550 +VAT) To be arranged directly
•Group-based Supervision (£200 +VAT pp per 2 hour session for up to 6 people). Group dates offered & booked via the home page bookings calendar which we release an invoice and joining instructions.
